Caroma, Dorf and Clark bathroom, kitchen and laundry fixtures and fittings played a key role in the transformation of ‘House 5’ which is the latest in a series of house reveals by Three Birds Renovations. Bonnie, Erin and Lana, who make up the team, are three friends who swapped their busy boardroom lives for the building site; buying, renovating and selling properties. They are well-known for revealing their renovation progress on Instagram and have a following of over 87,000 and growing.
Located in Baulkham Hills, House 5 transformed a dated cottage into a luxurious dream home with sleek Caroma, Dorf and Clark products featured throughout its stylish bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. Over nine weeks the trio over hauled the much loved home, upgrading almost every part of the property while keeping the character and bringing it back to life.
Making a statement in the master bathroom is the Caroma Noir black freestanding bath, centered perfectly below a skylight to become the focal point of the room and to make maximum impact against the white tiles.
Tapware from the Dorf Jovian range creates a consistent, streamlined look whilst the floor mounted bath filler and hand-shower provide the perfect balance to compliment the striking Noir bath. The under-mount sink means that the countertop is clear to provide optimum space.
The half-wall in the bathroom’s ensuite was design not only to provide privacy between the shower and the bath but to also showcase the stunning Liano freestanding bath. The bath features flat sides to allow it to be positioned flush with the wall and is perfect for smaller spaces. The ceiling mounted overhead Caroma Invigra rain shower creates a luxurious look and feel while the Dorf Enigma rail shower offers a hassle-free and fast showering option.
Completing the sleek, sophisticated look of the bathroom is the Caroma Urbane Invisi toilet, featuring a behind-wall cistern to create a minimalist look, perfect for any size bathroom.
A new designer style kitchen was also installed, balancing the practical needs of the space with a design that will last. The ladies combined metallic with silver and white including the Dorf Vixen Retractable Sink Mixer, and a stainless steel Clark Prism large single bowl keeping the space light, bright with neutral tones.
